The coaching process with Cristina allowed me to become aware of my own competencies and resources to reach my goals. I realised it only depends on me to get to where I want. I learned to reflect without limits.
Integral coaching for conscious leaders. For nearly two decades, I have accompanied executives at the moments when more competence or more technique stopped being the answer, and where it becomes necessary to read what doesn't show up in the reports.
Every programme starts with a careful diagnosis of the context, the system and the person, and is then tailor-made. No manuals, no ready-made formulas. Only presence, method and rigour sustained over time.
I work with leaders who have taken on a new role, gained new scope, a new team, or who are facing contexts of reorganisation, merger or transformation, and realise that the style that worked before is no longer enough.
When complexity increases, it gets compensated with speed. And when it is compensated with speed, focus gets lost. The agenda becomes a sequence of decisions made on autopilot, with no space to think, and the impact on the team is immediate and invisible.
I work with leadership teams, executive committees or critical areas going through a relevant change — cultural transformation, restructuring, new CEO, accelerated growth, merger — and who realise the challenge isn't only technical.
The organisation has strategy, intention or ambition for change, but on the ground recurring blockages appear. Decisions that get reversed. Areas that don't collaborate. Zones of silence. Difficult conversations constantly postponed. Leaders who are technically strong, but relationally not very mature.
I work with senior professionals, leaders or people with high responsibility who are at a relevant moment of transition, a promotion with loss of enthusiasm, need to reposition, or the feeling of complying without leading their own life.
These are functional, competent and generally successful people on the outside. But internally they start to question themselves: how do they want to lead, what price are they paying, what do they want to keep sustaining, and whether the current way of living and working is still aligned with who they are.
However much pressure there is to keep these two worlds separate, in practice, they never were.
Over almost two decades, I have worked with leaders, executives and adults at the moments when more competence, more effort or more technique stopped being the answer. They arrive with concrete problems: complex decisions that accumulate without direction, teams that get stuck in the same patterns, difficult conversations no one wants to have, a growing feeling that something has become misaligned between who they are and how they are leading.
My work begins by reading what doesn't show up in the reports: the invisible dynamics that silently shape decisions, culture and results. The patterns that repeat themselves, the tensions no one has named. What the human system is saying that isn't yet being heard.
From there, I work on what is at the origin, not the symptom. I integrate a reading that goes beyond the rational, which includes the body, the emotion and the relational context as real sources of information. Not as a concept. As an intervention tool with direct impact on how the leader thinks, decides and relates.
HUMANSHIP™ is the systematisation of an integral approach applied to leadership and human development. It is not a decorative concept nor a commercial entry point — it is the proprietary expression of a method that starts from concrete challenges, reads deeper patterns and works the whole person to produce real change.
Integrates ontological coaching (which reads through language and the body) and integral coaching (which works the whole human being in all its dimensions).
What emerges is not just a more effective leader — it is an adult with greater awareness of who they are, how they decide and what impact they want to create.
In clients, in decisions, in relationships and in the system. With measurable and verifiable impact over time.
Rigour, readability and applicability always present. The work remains recognisable for those who decide in committees and boards.
Every leader, every team, every adult in transition has their own complexity and deserves an approach that honours that singularity.
I see patterns, tensions and invisible dynamics that are silently shaping decisions, culture and results. "Reading between the lines" is one of the strengths most recognised by clients who work with me.
Instead of just solving the immediate problem, I go to the root: the patterns of thought, of behaviour, of relationship that are creating that blockage. When you work the cause, the change is lasting.
Where leaders and teams can talk about what cannot be said in other contexts. Difficult topics, real tensions, postponed conflicts — everything can be worked with maturity, rigour and absolute confidentiality.
The process is structured, with clear objectives, applied tools and consistent follow-up between sessions. But it never loses the human dimension. The progress is followed closely, with real presence and genuine involvement.
The ability to simplify what is complex, without losing depth, is what allows leaders to move from reflection to decision, from decision to action.
More clarity to think, prioritise and decide. More maturity to lead with responsibility and consistency. Better relationships and alignment. Deep and lasting change. More coherence between the role the person holds, the life they lead and the impact they want to create.
I have always needed to change and grow. My lever has been and always will be shared knowledge and evolution.
I believe in sustainable transformation.
I believe in building unique paths.
I believe in change that lasts.
The Choice That Brings Us Closer to the Evolution of Our Species
We are what we choose. To gain freedom and peace, one must accept pain and embrace life in fullness.
Living fully requires Soulittude, the awakened awareness of those who allow themselves to be present, and Socialttude, the choice to connect with those who teach us. In the silence of reading, discover the power of emotion, courage, self-mastery and discipline, ingredients that make the transition to adulthood smoother, more alive and more intense.
Being an adult is being truly alive in every passing moment. Adulthood brings two great powers: learning and teaching, always looking at life as a whole, where time becomes an ally.
It is in this gaze that we find true freedom: living without depending, respecting everything around us and flowing with relationships. We are beings in constant change, and nothing in adult life is fixed, except the word itself.
"Every page was born from a choice: to evolve.
May this reading awaken in you the same possibility." Cristina Madeira
